Dr. Ishan Shivanand is an international professor, researcher, philanthropist and a world-acclaimed expert on non-pharmaceutical interventions for physical, mental and emotional well-being. He has personally trained thousands of corporate professionals in over 150 countries across 5 continents and has imparted mindfulness-based training, in productivity enhancement strategies, in stress-management, burnout prevention and resilience-building modalities, to large companies and organisations worldwide, including Fortune 500 companies (such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Boeing, Amazon, Microsoft and the Bank of America).
